Final Instructions

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

RACE DAYS

Saturday – these classes will race

  • Revvi 12” Open 5 years of age – upto 170W
  • Revvi 16” Open 5 years of age – upto 250W
  • Revvi 16” Open 6 years of age – upto 250W
  • Revvi 16” Open 7-8 years of age – upto 250W
  • Revvi 18” Open 6-8 years of age
  • Revvi 18” Open 9-11 years of age

Sunday – these classes will race

  • Revvi 12” Open – 3 years of age – upto 170W
  • Revvi 12” Open 4 years of age – upto 170W
  • Revvi 16” Open 3 years of age – upto 250W
  • Revvi 16” Open 4 years of age – upto 250W

TRANSPONDERS

To hire a Transponder will require a £10 CASH hire fee.

A £50 CASH Deposit is required for each transponder that is hired. In future, we will not be accepting bank cards or driving licenses.

If you have your own transponder, please bring this to signing on to ensure that we have the correct number.

Please bring the cash to signing on where we will allocate you a transponder at the same time.

RIDER INFORMATION

  • Riders Briefing will be at 8.20am, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ATTEND – ONE RIDER, ONE PARENT.
  • Long hair has to be tied up and inside the helmet.
  • Gloves – all riders must wear gloves – this can be purchased from the signing on gazebo
  • No riding outside the Arena, points will be deducted.
  • Rider Numbers – please ensure that these are clearly displayed on the bike. >>CLICK HERE for ENTRY LISTS with your riders allocated number on<<
  • All bikes must have chain guards
  • Make sure your batteries are fully charged there are no charging facilities on site
  • Maximum size of a motor in the 12” class is 170KW and 16” is 250W. Only Revvi batteries are allowed – spot checks will be taking place over the weekend

TRACKSIDE/START

If you wish to go trackside you will need to sign on at signing on and collect a wristband – you must be over 18.

Hi-Viz must be worn at all times whilst on the track, these can be purchased at signing on for £5.00.

NO phones or cameras are allowed trackside, there will be a 3 strikes and you will be asked to leave trackside.

Adults must stand back from riders on the start gate. If an adult pushes a rider off the start, the race will be red flagged and restarted.

Adults’ trackside must stay in a safe place and not run around the track as it obstructs the other riders.

A fallen rider will need to mount and pull away themselves – parents/marshalls can pick up a bike and hold it for the rider

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Please take all your litter home with you
  • Please drive responsibly in and out of the venue
  • Parking is limited so park with this in mind
  • Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a lead and clean up after them

Electric Ride Afternoon/Evenings

We will be running two kids ride evenings for Electric Balance Bikes.

Friday evening between 4.30pm & 7.30pm for Revvi Riders of any age or bike size.

Saturday evening between 4pm and 7pm for Revvi Riders of any age or bike size.

This is a perfect opportunity for new riders to try out riding their Electric Balance Bike on a track or for a rider to get some practice ahead of the Revvi Rumble race event’s the next day.

Ride Days are in addition to the Race events are £30 per rider.

We are running a tight schedule, so please make sure you are ready for each of your races in the pitbox well ahead of time.

THE FORMAT

The Format

The schedule is subject to change depending on the time available on the day.

Races will have up to 9 riders in. The Points are 1st 9pts, 2nd 8pts, 3rd 7pts, 4th 6pts, 5th 5pts 6th 4pts 7th 3pts 8th 2pts 9th 1pt

Riders will get a practice and 4 races.

The result on the day will be decided over points scored on each race for classes with one group or based on the result in the A Final for classes with more .

In the case of a tie on points for the overall (not classes with Finals) the rider with the best result on the last race of the day will be the winner or higher finisher.

In some instances we may combine different classes. Riders will still be scored and awarded separately.

All riders receive a programme, a goody bag and a medal. The Medals be awarded at the presentation.

Awards go to the top three in each class or the top 3 in that classes A Final.

WHAT TO WEAR

What riders need to wear: Long trousers, race pants or jeans – Long sleeved tops – Closed shoes, preferably ankle boots but trainers as a minimum – Full face helmets

**VERY IMPORTANT** All Riders also need to wear gloves – We will have gloves on sale at the EXGB gazebo

Catering

There will be catering on-site offering up Hot and cold drinks, breakfast baps, Chip, burgers and more…

Spares

Our Partners Moto Twenty5 will have their stand selling Revvi and Electric Balance Bike spares and parts. We will also have our EXGB stand with Gloves, Pads, Goggles and other rider items on sale.

Please ensure that your Revvi rider is in the correct class for their age – Revvi classes are based on a riders age on the day
